Lenovo adalah salah satu produsen yang bergeran di bidang elektronika terbesar di Republik Rakyat Cina dan tepat pada tahun 2004, Lenovo menduduki posisi produsen PC terbesar kedelapan di dunia. Pada awalnya vendor ini hanya menjual komputer/pc saja, akan tetapi semakin kesini lenovo juga menjual telepon genggam dan komputer tablet.
Lenovo memproduksi sebuah smartphone untuk kalangan menengah kebawah, terbukti mereka menbandrol harga disetiap produknya dapat dibilang cukup murah meriah. Lenovo sendiri telah mendapatkan respon yang baik oleh pencinta gadget di Indonesia sejak pertama kemunculannya meskipun awalnya kurang mendapatkan perhatian dari konsumen, hal tersebut dikarenakan pihak Lenovo kurang melakukan promosi atau pengenalan produknya ke publik. Bahkan nyaris tidak ada satu pun iklan produk Lenovo yang tayang di televisi.
Seiring berputarnya waktu dan sertai dengan adanya testemoni konsumen yang satu kepada yang lain (dari mulut-kemulut), akhirnya di pertengahan tahun 2012 lalu Lenovo mualai ramai diperbincangkan dan produk – produknya mulai banyak terjual.
